PCSTrac is the industry's most comprehensive and technically sophisticated inventory control and management solution for retail distribution.
Designed in partnership with a pool provider, PCSTrac manages multiple retailer accounts, multiple label types, and the specific requirements of each retailer – such as a custom Delivery BOL, pallet scanning, Out of Area return process, Store to Store transfers, and EDI OS&D files.
We also provide tools to make the pool provider successful: extensive internal research and reporting capabilities, robust load planning, "smart scanning", and the creation of a custom Invoice (210) file.

Many retailers send spreadsheets as an Advanced Shipping Notice (ASN), instead of sending data through EDI, but still require an OS&D and POD report. Modules
Wireless Delivery
Wireless Delivery offers pools with the ability to upload manifests to an off-site driver and for the driver to transmit POD data while making deliveries. This feature eliminates the need for batch scanning, and is ideal for remote store and 4PL deliveries.
Automated Rating/ Retailer Invoicing
PCSTrac offers a rating module that calculates an EDI 210 invoice for each retail client. This rating engine incorporates all standard rate structures, including fuel surcharge, sort and seg fees, inbound handling charges, "special" handling fees, and more.
Wireless Facility
Wireless Facility eliminates batch updating at the facility, greatly accelerating and improving in-bound functions such as receiving and pallet building. Scan data is automatically transmitted to the database wirelessly, enabling staff members to receive freight, build pallets, receive manifests, and perform the out-bound scan – all without docking and updating the scanner. This functionality is ideal for providers interested in improving staff and process productivity.
Sorter Interface
For providers with an automated sortation system, PCSTrac can provide an interface for the sorter to facilitate in-bound receiving and lane sortation by store. This real-time module enables significant labor savings.
