The ideal candidate is highly motivated, innovative, and personable, with excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate must have strong problem solving, creative and organizational skills, and be able to manage rapidly shifting priorities. 

 

Depending upon prior experience and skills, the selected individual will have the opportunity to contribute to strategy and market opportunity development. 

Responsibilities:
  • Prospect, contact and pursue leads for software products; manage leads in CRM (Zoho); conduct presentations/overviews of company and products for prospective clients 

  • Develop and manage sales & marketing promotional programs; schedule and strategize trade show participation to attend personally 

  • Manage inquiries for pricing and bids from potential customers; ensure new sales are processed through Finance; draft new contracts 

  • Work with COO and Technical Writer in developing a vision and strategy for company website 

  • Measure and compile results from Google Analytics on website SEO and LinkedIn hits to evaluate effectiveness and adjust strategy accordingly 

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related Marketing field 

  • 0-2 years professional experience in sales, marketing, promotions management and/or promotions project management 

  • Tactical planning, project planning development & implementation; ability to meet deadlines 

  • Ability to make presentations in a group, manage budgets, and travel

Sales Consultant

The Product Support Manager is responsible for managing inbound support calls for the PCSTrac and for the Management Suite applications. To be successful, this position requires expertise in pooled distribution, strong understanding of technical applications, and a willingness to learn technical skills. We are looking for creative problem-solvers that can interface well with our transportation clients.

Requirements:
  • ​ The ability to work independently with limited direction 

  •  A degree in a logistics-related field or general management 

  •  A background on both the 3PL and Retail sides 

  • Ability to travel to train new providers, and based in the mid-Atlantic as one day per week is required in our Philadelphia HQ 

  • Flexibility for scheduled after-hours and occasional weekend support
